Infant Play & Learn Group

3-12 months

Learning begins as soon as we're born, and it can often feel like a daunting task when thinking about all the needs a new little one has on a daily basis that constantly change month to month. Our 3-12 month Play & Learn group is focused on supporting  parents and their little one's development during the first year.  Each week the group discusses developmental topics customized to the needs of the group in order to promote cognition, visual motor skills, communication, and fine and gross motor development. Parents will be equipped with knowledge & fun play activities to use at home while supporting a solid foundation for learning.

Meeting other parents in the same phase of life as yourself is not always an easy task, especially if you're new to an area. Our groups are small, limited to 6 families, in order to encourage lasting friendships. Meetings utilize an open, structured format, providing parent education through interactions between members learning from each other, sharing experiences, and asking candid questions.

Infant Play & Learn groups are led by Bailey Garcia, MOT, OTR/L, a pediatric Occupational Therapist with almost a decade of experience working with little ones. Bailey is passionate about nurturing skills using the power of play, while equipping parents with proven, evidence-based tools to feel confident about their little one's developmen
